pfSense Plus basics and practical application

The pfSense Plus Fundamentals and Practical Application certification course is a two-day training designed to help you manage and maintain your network with pfSense Plus as one of its core components. This course allows you to participate in the certification, which is not part of the course.

The certification can then be taken directly at Netgate. It consists of a multiple-choice exam and a practical exam with real-life scenarios in virtual interactive lab environments.

The training covers all the most frequently used parts of the system. We discuss common usage scenarios, deployment considerations, step-by-step configuration guides, and best practices for deploying your pfSense Plus firewall. In addition, the individual chapters also cover advanced topics such as multi-WAN, VLANs, high availability (HA), and other important aspects. By the end of the course, you'll have practical skills that you can apply in the real world.
